Italy starts pre-filling of Applications for Decreto Flussi 2024

The Italian Ministry of Interior has confirmed that the pre-compilation of the Decreto Flussi 2024 starts. This will help 151,000 seasonal and nonseasonal workers to apply for the work visa in Italy. The application circular is online with all the information necessary to participate in the click days on 18, 21, and 25 March.

This new update means that it is already possible to pre-fill the application forms by accessing via Spid or Cie the dedicated Ali Services portal. This can be reached through the official link https://portaleservizi.dlci.interno.it/AliSportello/ali/logoutAli.htm, in the “Fill in Flow Decree Applications” section 2024/Click-day 2024″, every day of the week, Saturday and Sunday included, until March 24th, from 8 am to 8 pm, except March 17th, 20th and 24th, when the service will be active until 18.

The requests can be definitively transmitted, exclusively electronically, by accessing the Services portal via Spid or Cie, starting from the following dates:

18 March, from 9 am21 March, from 9 am25 March, from 9 am
for applications for non-seasonal subordinate work for stateless persons, refugees, and for family assistance in the socio-health sector for applications for seasonal subordinate work

It will be possible to submit applications until 31 December 2024. If the application does not fall within the quota based on the chronological order of presentation, the employer will display the notice on the Services portal: “The application is currently not within the quota”.

All information is contained in the joint circular of the Ministries of the Interior, Labor and Social Policies, Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, and Tourism containing the operational indications for the implementation of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 27 September 2023 relating to the transitional planning of the entry flows of seasonal and non-EU workers into the territory of the Italian State for the three-year period 2023-2025, with reference to the year 2024.

For 2024, there will be a total of 151,000 entry quotas into Italy for non-EU workers, in particular:

  • 61,250 for non-seasonal subordinate work,
  • 700 for self-employed work,
  • 89,050 for seasonal subordinate work.

Italy will also provide 10,000 extra work visas to Indian nationals. On the other hand, the following countries are eligible to participate in the program:

Albania, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, South Korea, Ivory Coast, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Philippines, Gambia, Georgia, Ghana, Japan, Jordan, Guatemala, India, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Mali, Morocco, Mauritius, Moldova, Montenegro, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Republic of North Macedonia, Senegal, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tunisia, Ukraine.

Applications Forms

The templates to be used for sending only applications subject to click days for the year 2024 are as follows:

  • – C-Stag – Request for authorization/communication for seasonal subordinate work;
  • – B2020 – Authorization/communication for non-seasonal subordinate work in the sectors listed in the Prime Ministerial Decree. Flows;
  • – A-bis – Request for authorization for non-seasonal subordinate work in the family and social-healthcare sector;
  • – B – Request for authorization for subordinate work for workers of Italian origin, resident in Venezuela;
  • – VB – Application for verification of the existence of a quota for the conversion of the residence permit for seasonal work into a residence permit for subordinate work;
  • – LS – Request for the existence of a conversion quota into a residence permit for subordinate work for foreigners in possession of an EU residence permit for long-term residents;
  • – LS1 – Request for the existence of a conversion quota in a residence permit for domestic work for foreigners in possession of an EU residence permit for long-term residents;
  • – LS2 – Application for verification of the existence of a conversion quota into a residence permit for self-employed work and certification certifying possession of the requirements for self-employed work for foreigners in possession of an EU residence permit.
